About Us

Panther Precision Machine started business in 1998 as a 3-person machine shop with a fairly modest focus.  Since that time, Panther has experienced rapid growth where we now currently operate a 40-person shop. Our growth has been achieved by providing exceptional service and value to our customers.  Today, we have over 75 customers and operate out of a 58,000 sq ft, fully air conditioned facility.

We provide precision machining services for small to medium sized parts, However, over the years, we have added more equipment to handle much larger machining requirements. There are very few shops in the upper mid-west which can offer the range of capabilities as Panther.

Panther Precision Machine has always prided itself on investing in equipment to support our customers' specific needs and requirements. New machines are constantly being added to our fleet. 

​

A sampling of these capabilities includes:

​

  • CNC Horizontals with capabilities up to 330'' X by 138'' Y 

  • CNC Vertical machining centers with travels up to 120'' X by 40 '' Y with 4 & 5 axis capabilities 

  • CNC Turning centers with 39'' swing and 125'' between centers 

  • VTL's with 139'' swing and 59'' under the rail 

  • Engine lathes with a 34'' swing and 480'' between centers 

  • 20 & 10 Ton cranes throughout the facility

  • Deep hole gun drilling

  • Tube sheet drilling

This product is made from the slitting and forming equipment that Panther Machine modified and fabricated parts for, from used equipment sent from our GMI Cincinnati plant.
